Patti LaBelle Invites Los Angeles-based Singer, James Wright, to Philadelphia; She will Cook for Him

James Wright already knows where he is going to spend Thanksgiving. Miss Patti wants him to spend time with her in Philadelphia. She wants to thank him for the great video review he made. She wants to give love back to him.

“You give love to people who give you love,” she said. “And you know, I didn’t expect a viral video.” The queen of soul is thankful because the pie has been doing very well after James's video becomes viral. It has been selling like hotcakes. That's why she wants him to come over for dinner.

LaBelle mentioned all the delicious dishes Wright will be treated to for the holiday: four fried turkeys, brisket, macaroni and shrimp, potato salad, kale, cabbage, salad, candied yams, peach cobbler, chocolate cake, leg of lamb, and of course, her famous sweet potato pie

A Tribute to The Patti LaBelle Sweet Potato Pie sold at a rate of one per second: Made with California Grown Potatoes

Here is a sweet potato pie made famous by Patti LaBelle. It was not her singing that made it a bestseller. It helps too but her love of cooking and sharing with her fans and celebrity visitors that gives her cheese macaroni, Brisket, sweet potato pie and pot roast must-have soulfoods or dessert this holiday season.

It also took a Los Angeles-based singer, James Wright Chanel, who was tagged by a dubious network. He ended up seeing his name and Patti Labelle's name on the tagged product. He decided to go to Wal-Mart to purchase it. He also decided to review it on his YouTube account. As they say it, the rest is history. It must have been seen by more than 10 million views. Even Patti LaBelle called him to thank him for promoting her product, a collaborative project with Wal-Mart. Even Wal-Mart execs are happy with its customers' reaction and desire to consume the pie.
